Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience technical issues or the file does not meet your expectations, contact support@tracktowall.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will review each case and may provide a refund at our discretion.

Printed Posters

Before Shipping

If your order has not been sent to print yet, you can request a full refund by contacting support@tracktowall.com.

After Shipping

We accept returns and provide refunds for printed posters if:

  • The poster arrives damaged
  • There is a printing defect or quality issue
  • You received the wrong item

Return Process

  1. Contact support@tracktowall.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of any damage or defects
  3. We will provide a return shipping label if needed
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return reception

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the poster has been shipped
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Issues with original album artwork (official source material)
  • Minor color variations due to monitor differences

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Photos if applicable (damaged items)

We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
