Refund Policy

Digital Downloads (5€)

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundableonce the download link has been accessed.

However, we want you to be satisfied. If you experience technical issues or the file doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@tracktowall.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Printed Posters (30€)

Before Shipping

If your order hasn't been sent to print yet, you can request a full refund by contacting us at support@tracktowall.com.

After Shipping

We accept returns and provide refunds for printed posters if:

  • The poster arrives damaged
  • There's a printing defect or quality issue
  • You received the wrong item

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@tracktowall.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of any damage or defects
  3. We'll provide a return shipping label if needed
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the poster has been shipped
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Issues with the original album artwork (as we use the official images)
  • Slight color variations due to monitor differences

  • Your order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Photos if applicable (for damaged items)
