Our Rights: The poster designs, layouts, and visual treatments created by TrackToWall are our intellectual property.
Third-Party Rights: Album artwork, artist names, and song titles remain the property of their respective rights holders. Our use of this metadata constitutes transformative use for artistic purposes.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. For printed products, please see our Refund Policy.
TrackToWall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Apple Music, or any record labels, artists, or rights holders. Our service is an independent creative tool that transforms publicly available music data into decorative art.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any claims arising from the use of our posters, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
